Business Background
Maine Valuation Company. (December 2006 to present) An independent commercial real estate appraisal, business valuation, review and consulting firm providing a comprehensive range of professional valuation products and services throughout Northern New England. Ms. Vincent is a trainee of Maine Valuation Company and presently works from a satellite office in the City of Bangor, Maine.
TD Banknorth, N.A, Bangor, Maine. (Commercial Loan Portfolio Officer, Vice President, 2000 to 2006) TD Banknorth, N.A. (former known as Banknorth, N.A., formerly known as Peoples Heritage Bank, N.A.) provides a full array of commercial banking services from its Bangor, Maine offices. Ms. Vincent was responsible for risk management, credit analysis, as well as ensuring regulatory and internal lending policy compliance functions of a $200 million plus portfolio.
Keenan Auction Company, South Portland, Maine. (Controller, 1998 to 2000) Keenan Auction Company is one of the premier auction companies in Maine, as well as New England. Ms. Vincent was responsible for accounting, information systems, and human resources functions at the company. In addition, she managed the administrative functions of the personal property auctions, and after obtaining her Associate Broker in Real Estate license, also participated in the marketing and administration of real estate auctions.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Maine, South Portland, Maine. (1997 to 1998) Blue Cross Blue Shield (still a non-profit at the time) was the State's largest provider of health insurance. Ms. Vincent was a financial analyst in the External Contracts department, where she developed a HCFA-complaint general ledger system for the Medicare Part A division of the company, as well as assembled, monitored performance of, and reported on the $24 million plus Medicare Part A administration budget.
Farm Credit of Maine, ACA, Presque Isle Maine. (1995 - 1997) Farm Credit of Maine, ACA, headquartered out of Auburn, Maine, is a cooperative lending institution specializing in providing financing and financial services to the agriculture, aquaculture, and forestry industries. Ms. Vincent was employed in the Related Services department, and was responsible for monthly bookkeeping functions for the company's clients, as well as the preparation of W-2's, 1099's, individual, partnership and corporate income tax returns, as well as assisting clients with tax planning needs.

The purpose of these valuation services typically involves: purchase and sale agreements; mortgage financing; collateral evaluation; estate settlement; ad valorem taxation; mediation/arbitration; valuation of leased fee/leasehold interests; insurable value/ replacement cost studies; feasibility, marketability, and highest and best use analyses for evaluation & planning purposes. Client services and valuation products consist of Commercial Appraisals presented in Self-Contained, Summary, and Restricted Use Reports; due diligence/research studies; and private consultation. Computer literacy in Word and Excel, as well as Internet access, enhances the analytical and reporting service to clients. Professional service has been provided to numerous financial institutions, governmental agencies, insurance companies, corporations, lawyers, estates, and private individuals.
Real Estate Education
Jennifer L. Vincent is a cum laude graduate of Thomas College with a B.A. Degree in Accounting with minor concentrations in finance and economics. She has completed eight of the twelve required classes to obtain her Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Husson College. Ms. Vincent also attended and successfully completed numerous Real Estate Broker licensing courses, and maintains the education requirements for this licensure.
