Subdivision Valuation - A Comprehensive Guide to Valuing Improved Subdivisions

The Maine Chapter of the Appraisal Institute will be sponsoring a one-day seminar on Subdivision Valuation, to be held on May 23rd at the Verrillo's Convention Center in Portland, MAine. In this one-day seminar, you will learn about valuing improved subdivisions and the methodology involved, including line item profit, discount rate selection, and discounted cash flow analysis. The Instructor is Don M. Emerson, MAI, SRA of Gainesville, Florida who recently had his new book "Subdivision Valuation"  published by the Appraisal Institute.
